And welcome to my Ultra Glow Beauty & Fashion! I am sooooo excited to announce that this is my first EVER blog post on this website! EEEeeeeekkkkk!
So you have most probably come over to this blog post because you either LOVE beauty or fashion … or something along those lines! And if you have visited for those reasons then CONGRATS you have come to the right place! If you haven’t, then why not hang around and chill with us … who knows? You may find yourself in your local Boots searching for these total MUST HAVES to add to your collection soon.
To kickstart this blog, I thought I would start with my top few summer must haves! Because lets face it … summer isn’t over yet. So what better way to embrace the warm British weather than flaunting around in your fave summer products.
So this summer I have been all about the bronzed, glowy, golden goddess vibes! To create this ultimate look I have been using the Milani Stellar Lights highlighter palette in the shade 03 Rose Glow. Now hunnie, sit down, grab your cups of tea and some chocolate digestives and get comfy because this product will change your life! So let’s start with the basics … SHADES! In this palette there are 3 different shades which create the perfect combo! The first shade is called Pearl (left hand side) and is an iridescent white with hints of pink. This shade is perfect to help accentuate your features and amplify your sparkle. It helps to create that Ultra Glow! Hahah see what I did there? Personally I like to use this shade to dust over my cheekbones as a finishing touch or to put down bridge of my nose. The next shade is called Rose Gold (right hand side) and is known as the lowlight shade. The colour is very pinky and is the perfect colour for a blush. When using this shade, I like to apply it to the apples of my cheeks to add some natural colour back into my skin. Let’s not forget to mention the healthy glow which it adds to your face! The third and final shade is called Golden Quartz (middle shade). Now if name itself does not scream glowy, golden goddess then girl I don’t know what does! Imagine this … you’re on the beach with the feeling of the warm, soft sand in between your toes. Your hair’s blowing amongst the sea breeze and the sun is beaming down onto your sun kissed cheekbones, BLINDING everyone around you. This shade is the BEST shade to help create the golden goddess you want to be, especially on holiday! All 3 shades put together create the ultimate combo and the palette is the perfect size for travelling! What more could you want?

Okkkk… So the next summer must have is from the heavenly shop Primark! I mean who doesn’t love a good bargain? Recently throughout the summer, I have been preferring to have no makeup days. Let’s face it, who would wants to wake up on a hot, summers day and cake their self in makeup? Certainly not me! However, I did feel as if I needed to do something to my face to make myself look even slightly presentable! That was until I discovered Primark’s Sultry strip lashes! I know what you’re thinking. … strip lashes in the summer??? You’re crazy!!! But oh no, these are wonderful! They are sooooo lightweight, I don’t even feel like I am even wearing lashes! Just add a little bit of DUO clear eyelash glue, stick it on your lash line and you’re ready to go! Not only are the lashes super lightweight but they are also sooo natural! It’s just like wearing eyelash extensions except they are a fraction of the price and you don’t have to worry about getting them wet in the shower and all that hassle because you can simply pull them off! These lashes retail at £1 for a pack however, at the moment Primark are currently offering a pack of 5 for £4 which means you get a pack free! What a barg!!!!

My third and final summer must have is a bit more on the pricey side. Although, i couldn’t complete this blog post without mentioning it because I have. literally lived in it all. summer! This product is the Fenty Beauty Gloss Bomb Universal Lip Luminizer in the shade Fussy! Now this lip gloss … oh my goodness it’s amazing. Now I don’t have particularly big lips, however I am one of those girls who is constantly wishing to have bigger / more plumped lips without going through the pain and expenses of lip fillers. But girlllllll this stuff is amazing! This particular shade is a baby pink, natural colour with iridescent specks which sparkle and catch the light at so many different angles. If I could, I would bathe in this stuff! Honestly if you haven’t got your hands on this product yet then you 100% need to ASAP! Especially as the Fenty Beauty range has now been launched in a variety of Boots stores across the UK!
